Who is CollisionWorks?

CollisionWorks is an Atlanta-based network of auto body repair facilities with two locations: Buckhead/Midtown and Roswell. The Roswell location was opened in 1977, boasting 11,250 square feet auto repair capacity just blocks away from historic Roswell Square at 55 Oak Street. The Buckhead/Midtown location is the largest collision repair facility in the city of Atlanta, with nearly 31,000 square feet of state-of-the-art repair and office space just one block south of I-85 on Cheshire Bridge Road, 1.6 miles south of Lenox Mall.

CollisionWorks is different from most auto body shops in many ways. The first is location. Both facilities are located on or about two of metro Atlanta's busiest roads. CollisionWorks Buckhead is the anchor of a six-business mini-mall with other tenants including Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Federal Express, Jackson-Hewitt Tax Preparation, Quizno's and Bowers Clock & Watch repair. Upon entering the front doors, most customers think they are in a law office rather than a body shop, with a designer lobby, fully stocked refreshment area, and a professional Customer Service Representative to greet them and walk them through the vehicle repair process.

In addition to the professional office, the large 50 square foot window in the customer waiting area is an important attraction. This allows the customer to look into the bright, clean work space and actually see their car in-progress, transforming from broken to showroom fresh before their eyes.

Our Roswell location has just been renovated with a brick-face exterior, designer lobby, and an office staff of five to accomodate our customers' every need. The lobby also features a window, emphasizing our desire to education, not confuse the consumer.

Both Locations are equipped with:

CollisionWorks is a proud user of PPG's top-of-the-line NEXA refinish system - the same refinish used on high-end European sports vehicles at the factory. Collison Works is also proud to qualify for PPG's prestigious Certified First platform. Technicians at CollisionWorks are I-CAR certified, and several are also ASE Master-Technicians. The damage analysis team at both facilities are I-CAR certified as well.

Owner Steve Peek is a former insurance adjuster, a fact reflected in Collision Works willingness to work with insurance carriers to insure a quality, timely repair for their customers. CollisionWorks is already host to several drive-in claims centers and participates in several direct-repair programs such as State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, Cotton States, Farm Bureau, MetLife, Allstate and several others. The management invites everyone to tour either facility and learn more about today's collision repair technology.
